The 350 square meter Villa Lovorka was built with a view of the sea and the shores of Valbandon and Pula. It consists of two single-storey buildings equipped to accommodate 6 persons. The first one boasts a kitchen, a dining room and a spa area, while the second one consists of 3 double rooms (with double beds), a bathroom, a living room and a studio. Grilled dishes can be prepared on the spacious terrace in front of the villa. Numerous Romanesque fragments and parts of the altar rail found during archaeological excavations at the church of St. Peter have been incorporated into the entrance area and the villa. It is surrounded by a park boasting Mediterranean vegetation protected by a high fence wall.
